Car
If you're traveling by car from any location in Podpoľanie, head towards the D1 highway. Follow the signs for Prešov and continue on D1 for approximately 30 kilometers. Take exit 33 for Poprad/Kežmarok and merge onto the E50 road towards Poprad. Follow this road for about 15 kilometers, then take the exit toward Žehra. Continue on the road until you see the signs for Spiš Castle. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that there may be a fee.

To reach Spiš Castle via public transportation, start at the main bus station in Podpoľanie. Take the bus towards Prešov, and get off at the Poprad station, which is about an hour's journey. From Poprad, transfer to a bus heading to Žehra. The bus ride from Poprad to Žehra takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Žehra, follow the signs walking towards Spiš Castle, which is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop.
