Bus
From Poprad, head to the main bus station (Autobusová stanica Poprad) which is located near the city center. You can walk there in about 10-15 minutes from most central hotels. Once at the bus station, look for a bus that goes to Zakopane. The buses to Zakopane are frequent, so check the schedule for the next departure. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. When you arrive at Zakopane bus station, it is a short walk to the cable car station at Kuźnice, where you can start your adventure in Tatra National Park.

Train and Bus
Begin at Poprad-Tatry train station, which is accessible by walking or taking a local bus from the city center. Once at the train station, take a train towards Zakopane, which runs several times a day. Upon reaching the railway station in Zakopane, exit and take a local bus or a taxi to Kuźnice (the entrance to Tatra National Park). The bus ride will take about 15 minutes and will drop you off close to the park entrance.

You can easily find a taxi service in Poprad. Just approach a taxi stand or call a taxi company. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kuźnice in Zakopane. The journey will take around 1 hour depending on traffic and will take you directly to the entrance of Tatra National Park.
