Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards the town of Hrabušice, which is the closest settlement to Suchá Belá. From the center of Hrabušice, follow the signs for the Slovak Paradise National Park. The route is well-marked, and you will eventually find a parking area near the trailhead for Suchá Belá. The parking area is located at coordinates X95M+33, 053 15 Hrabušice. Note that there may be a small parking fee that can vary by season, so be prepared to pay in cash.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Suchá Belá using public transportation, take a bus to Hrabušice from larger cities such as Poprad or Prešov. The bus will drop you off in the center of Hrabušice. From there, you can either walk to the parking area or look for local signs pointing towards the Suchá Belá trailhead. The walk from the bus stop to the trailhead is approximately 1.5 km and will take around 20-30 minutes. Buses typically run every hour, but be sure to check the local schedule as it may change.

• Hiking

  Once you have parked your car or arrived by bus in Hrabušice, follow the marked hiking trails leading to Suchá Belá. The trail is well-maintained and features beautiful scenery along the way. The hike to Suchá Belá from the trailhead is about 3 kilometers and will take approximately 1 hour. Ensure you have proper hiking footwear and carry water, as the terrain can be uneven in places.
