If you're driving from the center of Spiš, take the main road through Spišská Nová Ves. Head south on the E50 highway (also known as Route 18) towards Prešov. Continue for about 20 minutes. Take the exit towards Žehra and follow the signs for Spiš Castle. The castle is located about 5 km from the exit. There is parking available near the castle, and a small fee may apply.

To reach Spiš Castle via public transport, take a bus from Spišská Nová Ves to the village of Žehra. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Žehra, follow the signs to Spiš Castle, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be less frequent on weekends.
