If you're driving from the center of Spiš, take the main road through Spišská Nová Ves. Head south on the E50 highway (also known as Route 18) towards Prešov. Continue for about 20 minutes. Take the exit towards Žehra and follow the signs for Spiš Castle. The castle is located about 5 km from the exit. There is parking available near the castle, and a small fee may apply.
