Car

If you are traveling by car, start from the city of Trenčín. Head north on the D1 highway towards Považská Bystrica. Take exit 200 towards Považská Teplá. Continue on the road towards Považská Teplá. After approximately 5 km, you will arrive at the entrance of Manínska tiesňava, located at Považská Teplá, 017 05 Považská Bystrica-Považská Teplá. There is no parking fee, but make sure to park in designated areas to avoid fines.
Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a train from Trenčín to Považská Bystrica. Once you arrive at Považská Bystrica train station, you can take a local bus towards Považská Teplá.
