Walking
If you are starting from the Trenčín Castle, head down the hill towards the city center. Continue along the main street, Hlavná ulica, which is lined with shops and cafes. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the square known as Mierové námestie. From there, turn right onto Karpatia street and walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Špitálska street. Morový stĺp is located at the corner of Špitálska street, easily visible and surrounded by a small garden.

From the Trenčín Railway Station, take bus number 1 or 2 heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Mierové námestie'. From the bus stop, walk straight along Hlavná ulica for about 5 minutes until you reach the square. Turn right onto Karpatia street and proceed for another 5 minutes. You will find Morový stĺp at the intersection with Špitálska street.
