Car
From Turiec, take the D1 highway towards Bratislava. Continue on the D1 for approximately 120 km until you reach the exit for Devín (Exit 5). Follow the signs for Devín and merge onto Muránská street. After about 2 km, you will arrive at Hrad Devín, located at 10, Muránská 1050, 841 10 Bratislava-Devín. Be aware that there may be parking fees in the area, so check for available parking lots.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a train from Turiec to Bratislava. Trains are frequent, and you can check the schedule at the local train station or online. Once you arrive at Bratislava's main train station, take tram line 4 towards Devínska Nová Ves. Get off at the Devín stop. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 15 minutes) to Hrad Devín. Note that you will need a public transport ticket, which costs around €0.70.
Combination of Train and Bus
Take a train from Turiec to Bratislava. After arriving at the Bratislava main station, head to the bus terminal next to the train station. Take bus line 29 towards Devín. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Devín bus stop, follow the signs to Hrad Devín, which is a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Remember to purchase a ticket for the bus, which usually costs about €1.00.
