Walking
From the center of Bled, head towards the lake by walking down Cesta svobode street. Continue walking straight until you reach the waterfront. You will see the beautiful Lake Bled in front of you. To reach 'The Heart of Bled', take a left along the lakeshore path. Follow this path for about 15 minutes. You will pass by several cafes and scenic spots. Keep walking until you reach a park area with a stunning view of the lake and the island in the center. This is 'The Heart of Bled'.

From Bled bus station, take Bus 1 towards Bled Jezero. Get off at the stop named 'Bled Jezero'. Once you exit the bus, head towards the lakefront. Walk down to the lakeshore, and then turn left. Follow the lakeshore path for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at 'The Heart of Bled', where you can enjoy the breathtaking views.
