Bus
From Bohinj, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the Bohinj Bus Station in Bohinjska Bistrica. Take a bus heading towards Bled. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Bled Bus Station, exit the bus and walk towards the main road, heading towards the lake. Follow the signs to Lake Bled, and it will take you about 15 minutes to walk to the Heart of Bled, located on the lakeshore.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Bohinj. Start from the center of Bohinj and follow the cycling path that leads to Bled. The route is scenic and takes about 1 hour. When you arrive in Bled, follow the signs to Lake Bled, and you will reach the Heart of Bled easily.

Walking
For those who enjoy a longer trek, you can walk from Bohinj to Bled. Start from the center of Bohinj and follow the path along the Sava Bohinjka river. The walk is approximately 20 km and will take around 4-5 hours. As you walk, keep an eye out for trails that lead towards Bled. Once you reach the town of Bled, head towards the lake, where the Heart of Bled is located.
