Bus
From Bohinj, head to the nearest bus stop. The main bus station is located in Bohinjska Bistrica. Take the bus heading towards Kranjska Gora, which typically runs every hour. Make sure to check the bus schedule beforehand. After approximately 30-40 minutes, you will arrive at the Kranjska Gora bus station. From there, you can either take a taxi or walk to Zelenci Nature Reserve. If you choose to walk, head northeast on the main road (Podkoren) for about 2 km until you reach Zelenci Nature Reserve located at Podkoren 75.

Hiking
If you are feeling adventurous and enjoy hiking, you can take the scenic route from Bohinj to Kranjska Gora. Start your hike from the Bohinj area towards the Vršič Pass. This trail can take around 3-4 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks. Once you arrive at the top, you can descend towards Kranjska Gora and continue to the Zelenci Nature Reserve. Follow the signs leading to Kranjska Gora and then Podkoren.

The ride is approximately 20 km and will take about 1-2 hours depending on your speed. Follow the signs for cyclists and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. Once you reach Kranjska Gora, navigate to the Podkoren area, where the Zelenci Nature Reserve is located at Podkoren 75.
