From the center of Bohinj, head to the nearest bus stop. You can find it at the Bohinjska Bistrica bus station. Take a local bus heading towards 'Ukanc'. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Ukanc' bus stop, exit the bus and follow the signs leading to the Vogel Cable Car Valley Station. It is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the path that leads through the village of Ukanc towards the lake, and you will see the cable car station.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Bohinj. Head towards the cycle path that runs along the lake. Follow the path around Lake Bohinj until you reach Ukanc. The distance is about 6 kilometers and should take roughly 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Ukanc, follow the signs to the Vogel Cable Car Valley Station, which is a short 5-minute ride from the lake.

For those who enjoy walking, you can take a scenic route from the center of Bohinj to Ukanc. Start at the Bohinj Tourist Information Center and walk towards the lake. Follow the lakeside path towards Ukanc, which is approximately 6 kilometers away. This leisurely walk may take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon reaching Ukanc, look for the signs directing you to the Vogel Cable Car Valley Station, which is a short distance away.
