From the promenade, head towards the main square (Tito Square) and take the street that leads directly away from the sea, which is Ulica 1. Maja. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tomažičeva ulica. Turn left onto Tomažičeva ulica, and you will find Rimski okusi pod zvezdami located at number 11 on your right.
