At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Gregorčičeva ulica. Follow this street until you arrive at the main square, Titov trg. Once you reach Titov trg, turn left onto Prešernov trg. Da Ponte Fountain will be located at Prešernov trg 9, and you will see it in the center of the square.
