Continue walking straight along the waterfront until you reach the bus terminal (Avtobusna postaja Piran). From there, take a local bus towards Portorož and ask the driver to drop you off at the bus terminal in Portorož. Once you arrive at Portorož, you can catch another bus heading towards Poreč, which is the destination.
