Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from Postojna's main square (Trg Zajc), exit the square and head south on the main road (H4). Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the bus station (Avtobusna postaja Postojna). From there, take a local bus to Koper. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Koper, exit the bus at the Koper bus station. From the bus station, head northeast on the main street (Kardinala Mihaela) for about 10 minutes until you reach Titov trg. The Praetorian Palace is located at Titov trg 3, right at the square.

From Postojna, go to the Postojna bus station (Avtobusna postaja Postojna). You can find the station near the main square. Purchase a ticket to Koper. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Koper bus station, exit and walk northeast on Kardinala Mihaela for about 10 minutes. Continue walking until you reach the lively square of Titov trg, where the Praetorian Palace is located at number 3.
