    If you are starting from the center of Ljubljana, make your way towards the Ljubljanica River. Head southeast towards the Dragon Bridge (Zmajski Most). Cross the bridge and continue straight on the main street (Mestni trg) for about 500 meters. You will see the National Museum of Slovenia on your left at Muzejska ulica 1. The museum is just a short walk from the city center.

    From the main bus station in Ljubljana, take bus number 6 or 8. Get off at the 'Muzejski park' stop. From there, walk east for about 200 meters along the street until you reach Muzejska ulica. Turn right, and the Narodni muzej Slovenije will be on your right.

    While there is currently no tram line directly serving the National Museum of Slovenia, you can take a tram to the nearest stop, which is 'Kongresni trg'.
