Car

If you're driving, head towards Ljubljana. From the center of Ljubljana, take the direction of Trg republike. Once you're at the square, drive onto the Slovenska cesta and follow the signs for the A2 motorway towards Zagreb. After about 25 minutes, take the exit for Ljubljana-Center. Continue straight until you reach the bridge Mesarski most, which is easily visible on your left as you approach the Ljubljanica River. Parking is available in nearby public parking lots, which may incur a fee of around €1-€2 per hour.

Public Transportation

To reach Mesarski most via public transport, start by taking a bus from any location in Lower Carniola to Ljubljana. Buses regularly depart from towns such as Novo Mesto or Brežice. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Ljubljana, exit and walk towards Trg republike. From there, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a local bus (Line 14 or 22) towards the city center. Get off at the 'Mesarski Most' stop, which is right beside the bridge. The bus fare is typically around €1.30.
