Walking
If you are starting from the Maribor Train Station (Železniška postaja Maribor), exit the station and head southeast on Ulica Heroja Šaranovića. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Ulica Koroška. Turn right onto Ulica Koroška and walk for around 200 meters until you see a pedestrian bridge over the Drava River. Cross the bridge, and once you reach the other side, continue straight onto Ulica Mariborska. After about 300 meters, you will reach a small square. The castle is directly ahead at Grajska ulica 2.

Public Transport
From the main bus station in Maribor (Avtobusna postaja Maribor), take bus number 2 towards 'Pohorska'. Get off at the stop 'Grajska ulica'. After getting off, walk about 200 meters back towards the direction of the bus. You will see the castle on your right at Grajska ulica 2. Alternatively, if you prefer a different bus route, bus number 1 will also take you to a stop nearby; just check the latest schedules and routes at the bus station.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Maribor (Trg svobode). Head northeast on Slovenska ulica, then continue onto Ulica Koroška. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the Drava River. Follow the riverbank cycling path which leads you to the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge and head towards Ulica Mariborska. Continue straight until you reach the small square where the castle is located. The castle will be directly in front of you at Grajska ulica 2.
