Walking
If you are in the Lent area, start by heading towards the Drava River. Follow the riverbank promenade, enjoying the scenic views. Continue walking along the river until you reach the bridge known as the 'Old Bridge' (Stari Most). Cross the bridge, and upon reaching the other side, you will find yourself in the city center. From here, head straight along the main pedestrian street, which will lead you directly to Glavni trg (Main Square) in approximately 10-15 minutes.
Public Transport (Tram)
While Lent itself is quite close to the city center, you can also take a tram from a nearby stop if you prefer not to walk. Look for the nearest tram stop, which is likely near the riverbank. Take tram line 2 or 6 heading towards the city center. Get off at the 'Glavni trg' stop. The fare for a single tram ride is around 1.20 EUR, which you can purchase at the tram station or from the driver. From the tram stop, Glavni trg is just a short walk away.
Use Main Square as your starting point for nearby food, family ideas, nightlife, and more local discoveries.
