From Nova Gorica train station, take a train towards Solkan. The train frequency is approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 5 minutes. Once you arrive at Solkan station, exit the station and head towards the main street.

After exiting Solkan train station, walk straight along the main street (Cesta Solkanskega Bataljona) for about 600 meters. You will pass some shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you reach a fork in the road.

At the fork, take the left path that leads towards the Dolga njiva area. The path will lead you through a small park. Continue walking for about 300 meters until you see the sign for Dolga njiva on your right.
