Public Transport

From the center of Nova Gorica, take bus number 4 from the main bus station (Avtobusna postaja Nova Gorica) towards Črniče. The bus operates frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Pod Škabrijelom' stop. From there, Fajdigovšče is a short walk away. Follow the path leading uphill towards the Škabrijel hill. The hiking area will be marked, and it should take you around 10-15 minutes to reach Fajdigovšče.

If you prefer to walk from the center of Nova Gorica, head towards the main square (Trg Edvarda Kardelja) and walk north on Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev. Continue straight until you reach the bridge over the Soča River. Cross the river and continue onto Ulica Ajševica. Follow this road until you reach the foot of the Škabrijel hill. From there, follow the marked trail uphill for about 30 minutes to reach Fajdigovšče.
