Walking
If you are starting from the Nova Gorica train station, exit the station and head southeast on Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Gregorčičeva Ulica. Turn left onto Gregorčičeva Ulica and walk for about 300 meters. At the next major intersection, continue straight onto Ulica Klementa Juga. After about 400 meters, you will see Spomenik Edvardu Rusjanu on your right, located in a small park area.

From the center of Nova Gorica (Trg Edvarda Kardelja), walk east along Ulica 1. Maja. After approximately 500 meters, turn right onto Gregorčičeva Ulica. Continue straight for another 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Ulica Klementa Juga. Make a left onto Ulica Klementa Juga and keep walking straight for about 400 meters. Spomenik Edvardu Rusjanu will be on your right in a small park area.

Take the first exit onto Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev, and continue walking for about 200 meters. At the next intersection, turn right onto Gregorčičeva Ulica. Follow this street for about 300 meters. At the intersection with Ulica Klementa Juga, turn left, and Spomenik Edvardu Rusjanu will be on your right after another 400 meters.
