Walking
Start from the central Tartini Square in Piran. From the square, head east along the main pedestrian street, Ulica 1. maja. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade north for about 10 minutes until you reach the old town area. Once you enter the old town, look for the signs pointing towards the Decumanus street. The Ul. Decumanus is a short street that runs parallel to the main square and is located just a few steps from the main attractions in the old town.
Public Transport (Bus)
If you are starting from outside the city center, you can take a local bus that services the Piran area. Get off at the 'Piran' bus stop. From there, walk towards Tartini Square, which is about a 15-minute walk. Once at the square, follow the pedestrian street, Ulica 1. maja, eastward to the waterfront promenade, and then continue as described above to reach Ul. Decumanus.
