If you are starting from the main square of Piran (Tartini Square), head east towards the seafront promenade. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the bus station. From there, take the bus to Koper, which should take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Koper's bus station, exit and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs for Titov trg, which is about a 10-minute walk straight ahead. The Bell Tower is located in the main square (Titov trg 1) and is easily recognizable.
