Walking
From the Postojna bus station, head northeast on Jamska Cesta toward Tržaška Cesta. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the crossroads with Cesta 1. Turn right onto Cesta 1 and walk for another 150 meters. You will see a bus stop on your left, which is a good reference point. Keep walking straight for about 1 km, and you will arrive in the center of Postojna. Once you reach the city center, head towards the main square, and then continue walking straight until you find Tržaška ulica. The National and University Library is located at Turjaška ulica 1, just a short distance from the main square.

Public Transport
From Postojna bus station, you can take a local bus to Ljubljana. The bus departs frequently, so check the schedule posted at the station. The journey to Ljubljana takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Ljubljana bus station, exit and head towards the city center. Walk straight down Trg Osvobodilne Fronte and then take a left onto Slovenska cesta. Continue walking straight until you reach the crossroads with Turjaška ulica. The National and University Library will be on your right at Turjaška ulica 1.
