If you are at the Postojna Bus Station (Postaja Postojna), exit the station and head northeast on Kolodvorska cesta. Continue straight for about 300 meters. You will see the Notranjski muzej Postojna on your left at Kolodvorska cesta 3. The museum is located near the intersection with the main road, and it is easily recognizable by its signage.

If you are at the center of Postojna, start at the main square (Trg Maršala Tita). From the square, head southeast on Gregorčičeva ulica. Turn right onto Kolodvorska cesta and walk about 500 meters. The Notranjski muzej Postojna will be on your right side, about 100 meters past the Postojna Bus Station.
