If you're starting from the Ptuj Castle, head southeast down the hill towards the town. Once you reach the base of the hill, continue straight on Trg Kulture until you reach the intersection with Ulica Tomaža Hrena. Turn left onto Ulica Tomaža Hrena and continue straight. You will soon reach Mestni trg, where the Tourist Information Center is located at number 4. The building is easily recognizable with its classic architecture.

From the Ptuj Bus Station, exit the station and head southwest on Prvomajska Cesta. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Ulica Tomaža Hrena. Follow this road until you reach Mestni trg. The Tourist Information Center is located at Mestni trg 4, a short walk from the bus station.
