From the center of Sežana, head south on Trg osvoboditve toward Goriška cesta. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the H4 road. Take the first exit onto H4 and continue walking for about 1.5 km. You will pass a few residential areas and some shops. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward Lipica. When you arrive at the Lipica area, follow the signs to Kobilarna Lipica - Kraška HIŠA which is located at Lipica 3.
