Car

If you're driving from Škocjan Caves, head northeast on the main road towards Divača. Follow the signs towards Divača and after approximately 10 minutes (around 10 km), turn right onto Matavun road. Continue for about 1 km until you reach Skocjan Caves, which will be on your left at Matavun 12. Parking is available on-site, but check for any parking fees.

Public Transportation

To reach Skojcjan Caves via public transportation, first make your way to the Divača train station from Škocjan Caves. You can take a bus or taxi to Divača, which takes about 15 minutes. Once at Divača train station, take a local bus heading towards Matavun. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Matavun stop, and from there, it's a 5-minute walk to the Skocjan Caves entrance at Matavun 12. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as service may be limited.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route and are not driving, consider taking a taxi from Škocjan Caves to Skojcjan Caves. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes and cost around 15-20 EUR depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
