Car
From Škocjan Caves, drive southeast on the H4 road towards the town of Ajdovščina. Continue on H4 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach Ajdovščina. Upon entering the town, follow the signs to the city center. The Wine Train Vipava Valley is located at Župančičeva ulica 1c, which is in the center of Ajdovščina. Parking may be available in nearby public lots, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

From the Škocjan Caves, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road (H4). Take a bus towards Ajdovščina. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on the service. Once you arrive at the Ajdovščina bus station, it's a short 10-minute walk to Wine Train Vipava Valley located at Župančičeva ulica 1c. Follow the main street (Cesta 1. maja) towards the center, then turn onto Župančičeva ulica.
