Follow the signs for 'Kongresni trg' and head south on Trg Osvobodilne Fronta. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Miklošičeva cesta, then turn left. Continue walking straight until you see Kongresni trg on your right side, where the Slovenian Philharmonic Building is located at Kongresni trg 10.
