    Car

    If you are driving from Ljubljana, take the A2 motorway towards Jesenice. After about 30 km, take the exit for Bled (exit 1). Continue on the road for about 4 km, following signs for Bled. Once you reach Bled, follow the road signs to Grajska cesta, where Bled Castle is located. There is a parking area near the castle where you can leave your car (note: parking fees may apply, typically around 1-2 EUR per hour).

    Public Transportation

    From Ljubljana, you can take a bus to Bled. Buses depart frequently from the Ljubljana Bus Station (Avtobusna postaja Ljubljana) and take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Bled bus station, exit the station and head towards the lake. From the lake, follow the signs leading to Bled Castle. The walk is about 30 minutes uphill, or you can opt for a taxi from the bus station to the castle for around 10 EUR.
