There is parking available near the castle, but be aware that it may incur a fee, typically around €1.50 per hour. Once parked, it's a short walk to the castle entrance.

    For those using public transportation, take a train from the nearest train station in Styria to Ljubljana. Upon arriving at Ljubljana's main train station, exit and head towards the bus station located just next door. From there, you can take bus number 9, which will take you directly to the city center. Get off at the stop 'Kongresni trg'. From Kongresni trg, it's a 10-minute walk to Ljubljana Castle, following the signs and the pedestrian pathway up the hill.
