You can park at nearby parking facilities like the 'Parkhaus am Hauptplatz' or 'Parkhaus Schlossberg'. From these parking areas, it's a short walk to Uhrturm. Head towards Schlossberg, and then take the path up the hill to reach Uhrturm.
