    If you are starting from Honiara Central Market, head east towards the main road, which is Mendana Ave. Walk along Mendana Ave for about 15 minutes; you will pass several shops and local eateries. The Solomon Islands National Museum will be on your left-hand side, just before you reach the junction with Auki St.

    From the Heritage Park Hotel, exit the hotel and turn right onto Mendana Ave. Walk straight for approximately 5 minutes. The Solomon Islands National Museum will be on your right, after you pass the National Library.
