If you're starting from the Hargeisa Cultural Center, exit the center and head south on the main road (Hargeisa Main Street). Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the airport. At this intersection, turn left and walk for about 500 meters. Mocha Cafe House will be on your right, just before you reach the roundabout.
