Car
From Battlefields, head southwest on the N3 towards the N11. Continue on the N11 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the R527 turnoff. Take the R527 towards Hoedspruit. Follow the R527 for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the R40 junction. Turn left onto the R40 and continue for about 25 kilometers, where you will see signs for Kapama Private Game Reserve. Turn right onto the road leading to the reserve. The entrance is well marked.

Take a bus from Battlefields to Hoedspruit. The journey typically takes around 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Hoedspruit, you will need to arrange for a taxi or shuttle service to Kapama Private Game Reserve, which is about 10 kilometers away. Be sure to book the taxi in advance, as services may vary. Expect to pay around R200 for the taxi ride.
