Walking
If you're starting from the Bloemfontein city center, head southeast on Zastron Street towards the intersection with Charles Street. Continue straight on Zastron until you reach the intersection with Aliwal Street. Turn left onto Aliwal Street. Walk along Aliwal Street until you reach the intersection with Markgraaf Street. Here, turn right onto Markgraaf Street. Follow Markgraaf until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with Janie Oosthuysen Street. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Janie Oosthuysen Street and continue walking until you reach the entrance of Hamilton Park on your left. The park is located at Arboretum, Bloemfontein, 9301.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Bloemfontein Bus Terminal, take a bus heading towards the Arboretum area. You can inquire at the terminal for specific bus routes. Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you know when you reach Hamilton Park or the nearest stop. After disembarking, walk in the direction of the park, which should be a short distance away, located at Arboretum, Bloemfontein, 9301.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, start from the city center and head east on Zastron Street. Continue straight and take the left onto Aliwal Street. Then, take a right onto Markgraaf Street. Follow Markgraaf Street until you reach the roundabout with Janie Oosthuysen Street. Take the second exit onto Janie Oosthuysen Street and cycle until you see the entrance to Hamilton Park on your left. Make sure to follow local cycling routes for a safer journey.
