If you are in the central area of Bloemfontein, start at the Bloemfontein City Hall located at 1A, Charles St, Westdene. From the City Hall, head east on Charles Street towards the intersection with Aliwal Street. Turn left onto Aliwal Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the N1 road. Cross the road carefully at the pedestrian crossing. Once across, continue straight towards Kings Way. Turn right onto Kings Way and walk for approximately 1.5 km until you reach Kings Park on your left.

From the Bloemfontein Bus Station located at 1 St Andrews St, take a local taxi (minibus) heading towards the Willows area. Ask the driver to drop you off at Kings Way. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off, walk towards the park which will be on your left after a short walk.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central Bloemfontein area. Head towards Aliwal Street and continue to the N1 road. Use the bike paths where available and head east. Once you reach Kings Way, turn left and cycle for about 1.5 km. Kings Park will be on your left side. Ensure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
