If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, which is Sabie. From Sabie, take the R536 road towards Graskop. After about 15 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road; keep to the left to stay on the R532 towards Mac Mac Falls. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you see the sign for Mac Mac Falls on your left. There is a parking area available, which is free of charge.

To reach Mac Mac Falls using public transport, you can take a taxi or minibus from Sabie to Graskop. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the Mac Mac Falls turnoff. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk (about 1 kilometer) to the entrance of Mac Mac Falls. Be sure to check with the driver about the fare, which typically ranges from R20 to R50, depending on the distance and number of passengers.

If you are already near the area, and have parked your car or arrived by public transport, you will need to walk the last stretch to Mac Mac Falls. From the parking area, follow the marked footpath that leads directly to the viewing points of the falls. The walk is relatively easy and takes about 10 minutes, but wear comfortable shoes as the path can be uneven in parts.
