Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Bushveld and head north on the R22 road. Continue on the R22 for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the junction with the R61. Turn right onto the R61 and follow it for about 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Kwangwanase. From Kwangwanase, follow the signs for the P522 road. Continue on P522 for about 10 kilometers, and you will find the entrance to Tembe Elephant Park on your left. Be aware that the roads can be rough, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

To reach Tembe Elephant Park via public transportation, take a bus from Bushveld to Kwangwanase. Several bus companies operate this route, and the journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Kwangwanase, you can take a taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to the park entrance, which is about 10 kilometers away. It's advisable to pre-arrange this shuttle service with your accommodation or the park itself to ensure a smooth transfer.
