Getting there

Walking

If you are in the city center, head towards the V&A Waterfront. Walk along Alfred Mall and continue towards the Waterfront. Once you reach the Waterfront, look for the green park area on your left; this is the start of Green Point. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the Green Point Park, which is a lovely area to explore.

Public Transport (MyCiTi Bus)

From the city center, walk to the nearest MyCiTi bus stop, which is typically near the Civic Centre. Take the MyCiTi bus heading towards 'Hout Bay' and get off at the 'Green Point' stop. Once you exit the bus, follow the signs pointing towards Green Point Park. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.

Cycling

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental services available in the city center. Head towards the Sea Point Promenade via the Main Road. Follow the promenade along the coast until you reach Green Point. You will see the Green Point Park ahead, and there are plenty of bike racks available for parking.
