Getting There
Public Bus
To reach Bloubergstrand from the city center, start by walking to the nearest MyCiTi bus station, which is at the Civic Centre. Take the MyCiTi bus route 104 towards Table View. The bus will take you directly to the Table View station. From there, transfer to route 220 towards Bloubergstrand. Get off at the Bloubergstrand stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be just a short walk from the beach.
Walking
If you are already in Table View, simply walk towards the beachfront. Head west on Blaauwberg Road until you reach the coast, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. The stunning views of Table Mountain across the bay will guide you along the way.
Bicycle Rental
For a more scenic route, consider renting a bicycle from a local shop in the city center. Head towards the beachfront by cycling along the coast. Follow the cycle path along the R27 (Cape Town - Malmesbury Road) which offers beautiful views.
