From any location in Drakensberg, head towards the N3 highway. If you're in the central Drakensberg area, take the R600 to connect to the N3. Once on the N3, travel towards Durban. After about 60 km, take the exit for the R103 towards Kloof. Continue on the R103 until you reach Kloof, then follow the signs to Kloof Falls Road. Turn onto Kloof Falls Road, and Krantzkloof Nature Reserve will be located at 152 Kloof Falls Rd, Kloof, 3624. Parking is available at the reserve entrance, but be aware there may be a small entrance fee of approximately R40 per vehicle.

Start by taking a bus from the central Drakensberg area to Durban. Look for the Greyhound or Intercape buses that operate this route. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Durban, you can catch a local taxi or rideshare service to Kloof. Make your way to the Kloof area, specifically to Kloof Falls Road. The taxi ride from Durban to Kloof should take around 30 minutes and may cost approximately R300. After arriving in Kloof, you will need to walk or take a short taxi ride to reach the entrance of Krantzkloof Nature Reserve.
