If you're starting from the Durban beachfront, head north along the promenade towards the Point area. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade at the entrance of the harbor. Once you reach the harbor entrance, turn right onto Timeball Boulevard. Zulumoon Gondolas will be located on your left at 39 Timeball Blvd. It's approximately a 30-minute walk from the beachfront.

Begin your journey at the Durban City Hall. Take bus number 5 or 17 from the bus stop outside the City Hall towards Point. The bus will take you directly to the Point area. Disembark at the Timeball Boulevard stop. From there, walk a short distance along Timeball Boulevard, and you will find Zulumoon Gondolas at 39 Timeball Blvd. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes.
