Car
If you are driving from Highveld, take the N1 highway from Highveld towards Pretoria. Continue on the N1 for about 20 km and take the exit towards the R55. Merge onto the R55 and continue for about 5 km. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Government Ave and follow the signs to the Union Buildings. There is limited parking available near the site, so plan accordingly.

To reach the Union Buildings using public transport, start by taking a Gautrain train from the nearest station in Highveld towards Pretoria Station. The fare is approximately R60. Once you arrive at Pretoria Station, exit the station and catch a local taxi (minibus) heading towards the Union Buildings. The taxi fare is around R10. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Union Buildings, and they will drop you off near the entrance.
