If you're driving within Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, start from the main entrance at the N2 highway. Follow the signs towards the Hluhluwe section of the park. Once inside, navigate towards the Mndindini Camp by driving along the main park road (S56). Continue on this road for approximately 38 km, passing various wildlife viewing points. The camp is located near the Makasa Nature Reserve, just follow the signage towards Mndindini Trails Camp. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for the park's dirt roads, and note that a conservation fee may apply for entrance, which is typically around R100 per adult.

If you are using public transportation, your best option is to take a bus or shuttle service from Durban to Hluhluwe town. From Hluhluwe town, you will need to hire a local taxi or shuttle service to take you into Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park.
