From Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, head south on the R618 road. Continue for approximately 35 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the N2 highway. Turn left onto the N2 highway towards Richards Bay. Drive for about 38 kilometers on the N2. Take the exit towards the R34/Richards Bay. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the R34. After about 3 kilometers, turn left onto the N2 highway again. Continue for about 10 kilometers, and you will find Enseleni Nature Reserve on your right.
