  If you are driving in the Elephant Coast area, head towards St Lucia. From the main road (N2), take the R618 exit towards St Lucia. Follow the R618 until it merges into the streets of St Lucia. Continue on the main road until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kingfisher Street. Continue on Kingfisher Street until you reach the intersection with Garrick Avenue. The Elephant Coast Guesthouse will be on your left at the corner of Kingfisher Street and Garrick Avenue. There is parking available on-site.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Durban to St Lucia. Look for the bus services that operate on this route, such as Greyhound or Intercape. The journey takes about 2-3 hours and costs approximately R200 to R300. Once you arrive in St Lucia, you can use a local taxi service or walk to the guesthouse. To get to the Elephant Coast Guesthouse, head towards the town center and then follow the directions to Kingfisher Street. It is about a 15-minute walk from the main bus drop-off point.

  For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi once you are in St Lucia. You can book a local taxi service or use a rideshare app if available. The cost for a taxi ride from the bus station to the guesthouse should be around R50 to R100 depending on the distance and time of day.
