Walking
If you are starting from the Johannesburg Park Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, which is Wolmarans Street. Turn right onto Wolmarans Street and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass various shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Lilian Ngoyi Street, where you will turn left. Mary Fitzgerald Square is about a 5-minute walk down Lilian Ngoyi Street on your left-hand side. Look for the large open space and the nearby historical buildings.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Johannesburg CBD, find the nearest Rea Vaya bus station. Take the bus heading towards 'Newtown' (Route B). Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the stop at Mary Fitzgerald Square. Once you disembark, you will see the square directly in front of you. Follow the pedestrian pathways to enter the square.

If you are near the Metrorail stations, take a train to Newtown Station. After getting off at Newtown, exit the station and head towards the main street, which is Lilian Ngoyi Street.
